Heron House is located right on the golf course with majestic sweeping ocean views! The South Harbour of Bodega Bay is home to the Links at Bodega Harbor, a highly rated Robert Trent Jones designed course that offers some of the most scenic and challenging rounds in Northern California.
The home is illuminated with natural light and warmth coming in from its many windows and skylights. Take advantage of the Stressless reclining chairs with ottomans and couches throughout the home. Cozy up in front of the fire with a good book, watch TV, enjoy good company, or simply relax. The home is artfully designed with many custom upgrades and architectural influences. Take in all the area has to offer when it comes to wine and dine. Some of our favorite restaurants of Heron House are the Duck Club Restaurant, Inn at the Tides, Lucas Wharf and Terrapin Creek Cafe as well as other fine dining. Experience the fine wine, seasonal favorites and local grown foods. Sonoma County is never short of delicious cuisine.
Beautifully maintained home with a combination of wood, tile, skylights, view windows and open floor plan with 3 view decks. Situated overlooking the 7th tee par 3 with views of the Pacific ocean, hills, and marina, next to only one house, giving a wonderful sense of privacy and space, light and luxury.
You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful counter tops and updated appliances, toaster oven, coffee maker and cooking equipment typically required to cook full meals. BBQ oysters are a local favorite, especially with the new custom grill and view while you cook.

The light filled living room area features a comfortable sofa, two reclining Stressless chairs with ottomans, soaring ceilings and stunning views. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the fireplace, HD flat screened TV with Blu-ray DVD player, high speed cable internet, wifi, and much more.
The master bedroom is located on the second level and has a memory-foam-topped queen bed and features a great deck for soaking in the sun and enjoying the views. Take advantage of the large jetted tub in the master bath for ultimate relaxation. The master bath also includes double sinks and a roomy shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with closet and is located on the lower level. Down the hall is the second bath with shower. A full size washer and dryer are located on this level near the garage entry door.
An office area off of the master bedroom can be used for reading, writing, or just enjoying the view and serenity of the Sonoma Coast.
Please note: this home is on several levels with short staircases leading to each area.
The loft is a nice surprise awaiting on the fourth level. A sofa and desk provide a quiet retreat. The loft overlooks the living area and affords views from various windows.
The deck is right off the main living area. Enjoy the amazing views and sunsets, sip some wine or visit. You will find an abundance of outdoor things to do. Spend a little time on the golf course, plan a beach picnic, or drive a short distance to many interesting and beautiful locations. There are two walking/hiking trails that begin a short 5 min. or so distance from the house. Bird walk trail and Pinnacle Gulch trail are a great way to experience the area first hand.
